Pemberton Village
Pemberton is Whistler's closest neighbouring community and is quickly becoming a vast attraction for tourists. Now recognized for its 8,000 ft. backdrop to Mt. Currie, early settlers were attracted to Pemberton for its fertile soil and has become famous for its virus free seed potatoes. People are drawn to this valley for its natural beauty and large proximity of pristine lakes, glaciers, and hot springs. There is no wonder why Pemberton has been labeled British Columbia’s Gateway for adventure.
